We are building a new Operational Risk Management & Control department using the Laloux Teal organisational technics.Liz is part of a team of Risk Reviewers focused on the International businesses.Previously Liz led a team of Risk Reviewers who analyse and identify risks associated with the Retail Lending Portfolio. Solutions and best practices are recommended in consultation with the Risk and Business areas. She has wide experience of the ECB's AQR file analysis process. She led the template phase for the retail portfolios and the team for small business and private banking during the AQR.

Consumer & Programme Lending in Group Risk Management is responsible for almost all the retail lending book of ABN AMRO, globally.Designing and delivering training in consumer risk management internationally. For example courses in Credit Risk Management, Risk Management of Credit Cards, Asset & Liability Management for consumer banking, Scoring.

Designing and delivering training in financial analysis.Consulting and designing bespoke training programmes using internal and external trainers.Selecting external trainers for bespoke training.

Selling liquidity products, including "AAA" rated funds and the management of liquidity portfolios to large companies and banks.

JCI is an international leadership development organisation for people up to 40 years. We believe that by improving ourselves and creating positive personal change, we will create global personal change.Liz led JCI London in 1997. During her year as Chairman the chapter grew to 120 members and an international trainer delivered a leadership training each month.Liz was Voorzitter JCI Woerden in 2006. This was a small but very active chapter whose members where strongly involved with the JCI Dutch National organisation. Liz's main challenge was leading in her second language - a feat which requires strong support (which she had) from the members.

Liz began at ABN AMRO as a credit analyst for Financial Institutions. Her work evolved to analysing International Corporates and later she became the Relationship Manager for these, often, global companies in the auto, aerospace and logistics industries.
