As the Managing Broker of the Larchmont Coldwell Banker Office, I see my role as more of a coach then a manger. As a coach, my job is to motivate, educate and inspire my agents to achieve their business and personal goals. Each month I provide bi-weekly training sessions geared toward helping new agents build the solid foundation necessary for success or providing seasoned agents with advance training they need to excel within the industry.
