Served as one of the primary researchers for a USDA grant funded project for MSU and the Small Business Association of Michigan. Managed day-to-day operations of Leslie Branch of the Capital Area District Libraries. This included scheduling staff to cover workload and open hours of the branch; managed coordination of volunteers, implementing library policies and interpreting for staff and public, preparing detailed monthly statistics and managing mulitple budgets (materials, promotions, programming, and donations/gifts), working with municipality and Library's facility manager to ensure operational and safe building, and working closely with Friends of the Library group to identify fundraising opportunities and special projects.
