Managed patients on a 24-bed neurosciences-specific critical care unit at a large academic medical center with Comprehensive Stroke certification and Level 1 Trauma center designation.▪ Quality Team Member. Tasked with updating documentation templates, working collaboratively with clinical documentation specialists and informatics specialists as well as analyzing current neurocritical care practice guidelines in order to facilitate evidence-based, efficient, high-quality daily documentation.▪ Refined and organized a repository of articles related to neurocritical care practice for use amongst the provider team.

Provided nursing care to all critical care units in the hospital complex including: Medical ICU, Surgical ICU, Neuro ICU, and Cardiovascular Surgical ICU.
