We combine today's modern technology with traditional headhunting methods to locate passive candidates--those individuals who aren't actively looking until we reach out to them with a more powerful opportunity. For candidates we're always a coach and mentor throughout the entire recruiting process so they feel safe working with us because they know we ALWAYS have their best interests in mind. For over 25 years I've personally created partnerships between candidates and companies to achieve a win-win scenario for everyone. Our hard-earned expertise along with our national Top Echelon recruiting partners enables us to perform deep-dive searches that exceed expectations. Outside of work I love reading, watching the news and I'm a big history nut. My favorite thing to do is hang out with my husband and our Siberian cat Scooby (all 17 lbs of him). I most love our cottage on the Georgian Bay in Canada and experiencing the breathtaking summer sunsets while hanging out with friends.
