Founder of Strategic Education and Enrollment Solutions (SEE Solutions), a consultancy focused on partnering with colleges and universities on solutions and innovations related to enrollment management, marketing, retention, and the development of new programs.

In this role, I was responsible for the evaluation and selection process for an applicant pool of over 90,000, marketing strategy for undergraduate admissions, a visitor center that welcomed nearly 100,000 people annually, and the recruitment strategy for the University which took admission officers to over 40 states and 60 countries annually. Leadership Highlights:• Exceeded metrics for undergraduate enrollment strategy to advance institutional goals and priorities,resulting in increased selectivity, yield, and diversity within the entering class.• Designed and grew innovative, alternative enrollment pathways with the introduction of NU Bound(first year study away program) and expansion of NUin (first semester global experience.• Collaborated with campus partners to design, develop, and launch new enrollment programs and academic opportunities with the acquisition of New College of the Humanities and Mills College.• Implemented and evaluated new processes, including a reimagined race-neutral applicationevaluation process and test optional admissions.• Promoted strong and trusting relationships across a department of 65 professional and administrativestaff and coordinated the strategic resource allocation and unit spending for a $8 million operating budget.

Provided guidance and feedback on the design and implementation from the perspective of a university receiving Mastery Transcripts in the admission process.

Served as chair for the committee overseeing best practices and ethics of the college admissions profession. Advised regional Admission Practices Committees in their work with institutions to resolve ethical code violations.

Recruited volunteers to welcome, provide assistance, and local knowledge to the approximately 8,000attendees of the 2017 NACAC Conference in Boston.
