With over 25 years of experience in the non-profit sector, I am currently President and CEO of the American Youth Foundation, a leading organization that empowers young people to discover and develop their personal best. In this role, I oversee the strategic vision, financial sustainability, and operational excellence of the organization, working with a diverse and talented team of staff, board, alumni/ae, participants, and volunteers. I also lead the design and delivery of impactful programs, campaigns, and partnerships that engage and inspire our youth and stakeholders. Previously, I served as the Vice President and Director of Advancement at American Youth Foundation, where I led fundraising, outreach, and communications efforts with thousands of stakeholders. I'm passionate about creating positive change in the world through youth leadership, and I'm committed to advancing the mission and values of American Youth Foundation.
