Global lead and support for product evaluation recruitment software. Worked cross functionally globally with product evaluation team, IT department and labs. The software was used to bring panelists in to evaluate products (ARCS). This was the vendor’s first global deployment. Some of the challenges working globally is understanding exactly what the needs are compared to what was being asked for. I also had to interpret between global IT, the vendor and the end users. Involved were 3 servers (IIS, SQL and COM) as well as an install on the client.
