As a Retention Specialist at YMCA of Greater Toronto, I am passionate about creating and developing lasting relationships with our members, donors, and partners. I have over 17 years of experience in customer service, and I leverage my skills in events, job development, and communication to engage and retain our diverse and loyal community.In my current role, I work with a team of dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality service and support to our members, and to identify and address their needs and feedback. I also coordinate and execute job fairs that showcase our programs and services, and that enhance our brand awareness and reputation. Through my efforts, I contribute to the YMCA's mission of empowering people and strengthening communities.
