I am the global product manager for KellyOCG's Services Procurement solution. During my tenure overseeing the product, we have been recognized by leading industry analysts as a services procurement market leader and star performer during the last 4 consecutive years. I am responsible for the overall product strategy and solution service delivery deployed across the globe. This includes financial and growth accountability. The practice spans all areas of indirect services and we manage over $2B for our clients with over 1500 suppliers enrolled across the globe. I oversee our global practice team comprised of proven industry experts with 10+ years of experience and a global shared service center that delivers robust outsourced source-to-settle solutions. My team also provides a wide range of consulting services to help our clients optimize their programs and solve a wide range of services procurement challenges including establishing internal VMOs and optimizing VMS technology utilization. The practice team’s expertise includes program design and implementation, spend and cost savings analytics, technology optimization, SOW development and lifecycle management, category management, strategic sourcing and services supplier performance management.

I was responsible for the overseeing a team of SOW SMEs supporting all of Kelly OCG SOW programs in North America.

As a company expert on implementing and operating services procurement and outsourcing solutions, I consulted directly with clients and trained internal teams on best practices for designing and implementing SOW Management MSP programs that included services providers and independent contractors engaged on statements of work. I designed and implemented KellyOCG’s first competitive bidding program leveraging the SAP Fieldglass RFx module. As the product offering matured, I established our first formal offering for incorporating SLA based services through our MSP programs. I also led enterprise initiatives to elevate the consultative capabilities of our MSP and Staffing program resources which included creating new operations roles with business development and consultation focus to propose alternative workforce solutions that would better meet needs beyond traditional staffing . These roles generated over 10% increase in sales across the client portolios as well as improved overall customer satisfaction. I also developed a training curriculum that was deployed across the organization to holistically elevate KellyOCG program team members to consult on alternative workforce solutions.
