Established overall marketing goals and plans, including individualized tactical plans for multiple departments to ensure market share and profitability of CSBA products and services. Served as project manager for all marketing activities, including strategic planning, creative development, website design and content management, collateral materials and email blasts to membership. Worked closely with graphic designers and writers to write and produce promotional materials for all CSBA products and services. Oversaw and coordinated the association’s social media strategy and interactive marketing efforts with the video production team.Served as the marketing specialist from April - November, 2011.

Worked for USC Facilities Management Services while a master's candidate at the University of Southern California.

Supported account director in planning marketing strategy and pitch development for clients such as Netflix, Glowelle and Orbitz. Researched and analyzed competitors, industry trends, and past campaign efficacy and results; worked with creative team to develop direction for social media strategy and ongoing campaigns.

The CMA Foundation champions improved individual and community health through a partnership of leaders in medicine, related health professions, and the community.
