I oversaw project planning and execution of UX/CX research through surveys, interviews, think-aloud protocols, and sentiment analysis for the early adopter program and the launch of Compass.

With a team of clinicians, public health professionals, and user-centered design specialists I participated in all stages of design, development, and presentation. My specific role involved conducting a preliminary assessment to understand patient and clinician needs, existing clinical workflows, and to identify potential solutions. I also conducted interviews and focus groups to build user personas, journey maps, and features of proposed solutions. Using a design thinking methodology, I tracked and analyzed our findings to bring validated research findings to our project.Partners HealthCare Connected Health is leveraging information technology – mobile phones, tablets, wearables, sensors and remote health monitoring tools – to deliver quality patient care outside of traditional medical settings. The Connected Health team is conducting innovative clinical studies to test the effectiveness of mobile health technologies in various clinical applications, including medication adherence, care coordination, chronic disease management, prevention and wellness.

Designed and managed a job training program for clients by collaborating with Boomerangs, AIDS Action’s entrepreneurial venture. Fostered connections with AIDS Action's case management and mental health teams to support employment goals for graduates of the job training program.
