•Provides support to the accounting department in preparation, monitoring, managing, and filing of various electronic reports on a daily/weekly/monthly. •Input invoices, accounts payable accruals and create purchased orders into the accounting system (NetSuite)•Serve as a liaison with vendors to ensure all payments are applied correctly.•Preparation of payments, subject to approval weekly•Various reconciliations for accounts payable, customer transactions, and banking•Various administrative duties for the accounting department

•Manage all financial reporting packages such as monthly, quarterly, and year-end activities including journal entry submission and related supporting schedules•Assist and provide executive summaries and financial analysis of different business channel’s expenditures by senior management•Manage day-to-day tracking of all invoices, requisitions, and payments' status to ensure payables compliance with vendor contract terms and established invoice payment protocols.

•Prepare journal entries and monthly financial analysis reporting•Provide support to executives by preparing accurate and timely budgets and forecasts, monitoring results against budget, forecast and providing a thorough analysis and investigating variances while identifying the risk and opportunities•Run payments-related data queries, perform some data mining and statistical analysis of large data sets, identify reports, and correct data anomalies

•Monitor aged accounts receivable on a weekly basis by exporting system reports to identify overdue amounts, then proactively reach out to customers to facilitate payment•Preparing, posting, verifying, and recording client payments and transactions related to accounts receivable with utmost accuracy•Process invoices and other related documents timely and accurately within the required SLA•Contact clients to address and resolve past-due balances•Updating receivables by totaling unpaid invoices on an ongoing basis•Summarizing receivables by maintaining invoice accounts, coordinating monthly transfers to accounts receivable accounts, verifying totals, and preparing reports
