Assist with technical problems through 3 means: email, phone, and chat.-Maintain complete documentation of cases in the management system to feed the general query database in the support area and serve as a basis for generating technical edition knowledge articles available for internal and external users.-Uploading, analyzing, and gathering data for each case assigned. -Identify issues and record defects for ArcGIS software enhancements. Develop and create documentation used to partner with Esri software development teams to troubleshoot and evaluate solutions.

-Apply problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and disputes and escalate using appropriate channels when necessary.-Meet and exceed daily productivity goals, including high call volume, and consistently earn high QA scores.

-Elaboration of the cartographic component of the projects developed by the company.-Structuring of geodatabases of monitoring points for ICAS.-Elaboration and structuring of metadata for projects according to ANLA requirements.-Cartographic restitution.-Elaboration of figures and schemes for documents.
