Role: To study the financial viability of agricultural loans and manage the delinquency (with a delinquency rate higher than 5%) of the portfolio of Gualmatán (N).• I was able to meet the monthly placement goal and remove the portfolio from the critical delinquency rate, reducing it from 5% to 0.9%, obtaining the lowest delinquency in the Nariño region.

Role: To supervise and control the production (21 operators) in order to optimize the processes and resources as well as the quality management of the products produced.• I achieved a collaborative, comfortable and efficient work with the plant personnel.• I was able to optimize resources by increasing the profitability of the products by 10% in relation to the results obtained in the year prior to my work. • I implemented export systems for the first delivery of products to international markets (United States).
