Responsibilities: • Lead the process of collecting and updating the educational product processes for the different projects, centralizing the key information from the different areas.• To identify and follow up on actions to improve product processes in order to implement them with the leaders of the educational projects.• Manage and direct the strategies of the Key School Mentor (KAM) from agile methodologies, in order to review the effectiveness of processes and the fulfillment of contracts with the different educational entities.Achievements:• I standardized the internal process flows of the different areas of the company, reducing the execution time of shared tasks by 15%.• I created, implemented and monitored indicators in the commercial area in order to consolidate the pre-sales and sales strategy. • I consolidated together with the different areas of the company the improvement of the user experience, achieving an increase in NPS by 11 points.

Responsibilities:• Guarantee production and quality assurance, through the adequate management of physical and human resources• Acquisition of material and management of suppliers.• Planning and development of continuous improvement strategies for the production area.Accomplishments:• I developed planning strategies to guarantee the availability of tools and materials on site, meeting delivery times and improving the company's profitability.• I carried out the characterization of the products, optimizing the purchase and use of raw materials, with which I was able to reduce the monthly investment on supplies purchase by 5%.

Responsibilities: • Ensure follow-up on customers' toner performance improvement actions at a national level.• Perform the 6sigma project reports to track profitability.• Execute monthly audits to ensure the achievement of objectives.Accomplishments:• I achieved the two economic savings goals, taking into account the toner performance of customers nationwide, in the first half of the year, with a fulfillment of 101%.• I implemented the 5s methodology in June, through the training of employees and the development of a manual to improve the physical working conditions inherent to the worker's actions, contributing to increased productivity. • I identified improvement actions in order to reduce the number of customer objections, guaranteeing the smooth running of the process and ensuring an adequate service.
