✨Recruiting full-cycle process for IT profiles• Sourcing IT profiles through Boolean searches on LinkedIn, EmpleosTI, OCC, GitHub and applying different sourcing methods (x-ray searches and networking) • Conducting bilingual phone/zoom screening based on job description requirements, evaluating English proficiency and soft skills. • Managing the recruitment process and applicant flow using ATS platforms (Greenhouse and Monday). • Scheduling technical, non-technical and client interviews • Providing updates and feedbacks throughout the hiring process • Conducting offer negotiation • Implementing new tools for metrics evaluations
