IT Solution Responsible for Customer service global, both for store and online. I took care of and secured today and tomorrows IT needs for H&M Customer service. In this role I worked in a close relationship with everyone from the Business representative, IT and several vendors, and created a great teamwork and delivery. I was also a part of the project when H&M went live with hm.com in China and USA, a very good experience.This role gave me the possibility to improve my negotiation skills and to understand business and partnership even more. It’s not hard to buy a solution but to make it a good investment in a partnership is even harder.

System Responsible for Customer service systems (saas). I worked in a distributed team together with partners, securing the requirements and H&M being a good buyer.During this phase I started up the maintenance phase of a brand new solution, a great experience.

Application service manager for Astra Techs manufacturing system, daily system maintenance. The work included to work as an IT-project leader in projects for purchasing production line to the manufacture. The biggest challenge was to make sure that the system followed the high quality requirements within medical industry.
