I am currently a Youth Climbing Coach at Mesa Rim Climbing Center. In this role, I leverage my passion for youth mentorship and an active lifestyle to create engaging and supportive training environments for young climbers. I am skilled at fostering confidence, teamwork, and discipline in young athletes, helping them reach their personal and athletic goals.Prior to this, I served as a Youth Development Teacher and Camp Leader for The YMCA, where I honed my ability to adapt to diverse work environments and successfully collaborate across teams to achieve positive outcomes. I also have experience as a Guest Service Agent at the European Wax Center and as a Server for New Life Culinary Creations, where I refined my customer service and communication skills.I am a fourth-year Business Marketing student at California State University San Marcos. I am actively seeking a marketing role where I can leverage my background in youth coaching, customer service, and business principles to support dynamic marketing initiatives. My goal is to contribute to projects that promote sports, fitness, and active lifestyles.
