Developed the traineeship at ORTEC Data Science & Consulting. My aim for the traineeship was to create a business and mathematical playground where smart minds could grow into multi talents. At the start I had 5 trainees in my team, when I said goodbye to the team 2 years later it had grown to 35 trainees.

As Business Analytics Consultant I supported our customers in getting the most out of their data, retrieving new insights and fact-based decision making. The ORTEC Business Analytics team supported companies in different levels of analytics: Dashboarding & Exploration, Statistics & Prediction, Optimization & Decision Support

Creating the optimal planning for your repeated visits or deliveries can be a difficult puzzle. How to ensure your customer is always served by the same person? How to include various visit frequencies, visit durations and opening time requirements into one planning, whilst also ensuring the optimal route and all of your employees having an equal amount of work? As Solution Architect Tactical Planning I advised companies how to address these challenges, using tactical planning software. I worked in a wide range of industries (e.g. Transport & Logistics, Professional Services, Oil & Gas) across Europe, Australia and the US. My work included Business Consultancy, Acquisition, Product Management, Project Management and Solution Design and Training.

As a consultant I implemented ORTEC Route Optimization software at companies in various industries. Activities included: helping customers to create a business case for acquiring the software, implementing various software packages, determine new or additional requirements with customers, designing new functionality and training the users.

Through offering a broad range of education and training programs, The Analytics Academy helps organizations to build data science capability at each stage of the data driven transformation. For every business role – from top management to hands-on analyst – and domain – from customer service to finance.
