Over my last 15+ years of marketing experience, previous leaders have used "bulldog" and "great white shark" as compliments to describe how I enthusiastically work to solve business problems and exceed goals, but I would offer that my work personality is a raccoon. Raccoons are naturally intelligent, curious problem solvers, adaptable to live in most environments, and form tight-knit families to work together to find food resources and raise their young. They are protective parents who teach their offspring to forage and care for them until they can survive independently. Raccoons have great memories and can apply solutions from problems years ago to new situations.
