I have recently established ForsythClement an advisory firm working locally, nationally and internationally. With a focus on human and social services; public services; mentoring and board support ForsythClement aims to provide pragmatic solutions to some of the most complex challenges we are experiencing in the areas of disadvantage, disability and vulnerability for individuals, families and communities. As Global Lead we are working with a range of clients in various countries including the United Kingdom; Canada, Saudi Arabia and Australia. The Collaborative underpins ForsythClement. Collectively we have over 150 years professional services experience in a range of disciplines from survey design to data management; from financing to debt re-structuring; from policy development to operational improvement and from economic analysis to impact assessment to name a few.My board work with Stride Mental Health, Relationships Australia NSW; Bridge Housing NSW and Amicis Aged Care complements the work of ForsythClement, as does my recent appointment to the Global Social Service Workforce Alliance Steering Committee which is focusing on strengthening social services workforces across the globe. I remain active with APM and sit on their Advisory Board having completed my time as their Global Lead Strategic Growth: Disability, Aged Care and New Markets. In terms of focus I have a strong background in Human and Social Services having spent most of my career either delivering services, administering programs for Governments or advising across these sectors when I worked for KPMG (at a local, national or global level). My passion is focused on supporting individuals, families and communities to realise their potential and to assist individuals in leading the lives that they want to lead.
