Senior Program And School Relationship Coordinator
CurrentThe Senior Program and School Relationship Coordinator (SPSRC) is a leadership position within the organization, serving as a project manager in both the Program and Education/Innovation departments. The SPSRC is the most senior member of the cadre of Program and School Relationship Coordinators and assists the Program Director in providing leadership within the department. The SPSRC partners with schools, artists, and community organizations to meet their needs for art and arts integrated programming. The coordinator is responsible for developing relationships with schools and other partner organization to provide personalized and customized arts solutions that meets the goals of the organization Additionally, the SPSRC will serve as the Administrative Project Manager with decision making authority and responsibility for the Teaching Artist Institute within the Education Innovation Department. The SPSRC is also responsible for developing professionally related to the education aspects of our work in order to increase the organization’s capacity to design high quality programs, partnerships and initiatives. This will be accomplished through mentorship with the Chief Innovation Officer and Arts Integration Specialist, as well as being involved in the planning of all education aspects of the education components of the Teaching Artist Institute. This is a full time position which reports to the Chief Operating Officer, but works closely with the Chief Innovation Officer and Arts Integration Specialist. The SSPC will oversee the day to day work of the Program and Education Assistant as it relates to the Teaching Artist Institute.
Program And School Relationship Coordinator
The Program and School Relationship Coordinator partners with schools, artists, and community organizations to meet their needs for art and arts integrated programming. The coordinator is responsible for developing relationships with schools and other partner organization to provide personalized and customized arts solutions that meets the goals of the organization. Responsibilities include: Build relationships with Young Audiences partner schools and venues to build stronger partnerships as a program and solution providerIdentify partner schools with a high potential for a greater programmatic partnership and work with schools to guide them through the spectrum of YA programs and servicesServe as lead coordinator for one more program areas as assigned (these areas include: assemblies, Maryland State Arts Council residencies, Access for All, Wolf Trap, Professional development). Create and track annual budget for the program areaTrack and report on relevant program data (student numbers, counties served etc.) Work with Program Director and Communications Manager to plan and implement all marketing Manage scheduling requests (which concern all stages of the scheduling process, from initial inquiries through the final booking of Young Audiences' programs, including residencies, assemblies, professional development, early learning, and afterschool/summer programs.Facilitate the scheduling and planning process between artists, schools and community based organizationsCreate, manage, and report the annual residency budget and projectionsAssist schools in applying for state, county, and city funded residencies by holding grant writingworkshops and working with individual applicantsMaintain records on all available grant and funding sources offered to schools to help fund programming

Mi Segunda Casa Group Leader
Mi Segunda Casa is an after-school program for Hispanic students that foster academic achievement, self esteem and cultural awareness. The programs emphasize basic skills with culturally focused enrichment activities. Parental involvement is encouraged.
