A professional for over 20 years. Named as one of the 'people to watch' in 2016 by Hudson Valley Magazine, Liz Glover Wilson is a passionate advocate for accessible wellness. A 'business triathlete,' Liz exercises her full potential each day committing to coaching, running a yoga & wellness business and providing support for special projects. She says it expresses 'all the best parts of me!'It is at Stone Wave Yoga, where Liz practices her belief in living a balanced life. An Ayurveda Wellness Coach, she also runs a yoga school (YACEP with Yoga Alliance), is an E-RYT-500 Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master (Usui), prenatal teacher and teaches various yoga styles. She has a passion for family yoga and trauma sensitive yoga. She runs workshops and retreats on wellness and yogic lifestyle and believes that yoga should be accessible to all; regardless of age, religion or race.Liz also has over 20 years experience in event planning, fundraising and strategic consulting, Liz founded Elizabeth Rose Consulting, LLC in 2004 with the vision of utilizing her years of professional event planning experience, fundraising expertise, staff management and corporate savvy to make a positive impact on non-profit organizations. 
Liz’s non-profit experience started in her church as a young girl, where she worked side by side with her parents to implement and run various community outreaches. When her only sister passed away in 2012, Sunflower Art Studios was seeded. In 2015, Liz launched Sunflower Art Studios - a 501c3 non-profit focused on bringing visibility and accessibility to the arts in the Hudson Valley. To date, Sunflower Art Studios has awarded over 40 scholarships to an after school arts program, hosted two free community art festivals (attracting over 5,000 guests) and has collaborated on various local art projects and initiatives.A hard worker, a dedicated leader and a passionate human.
