This includes making changes in the inspection, handling, shipping, and return processes for specific customers.6. I participate in improvement plans to help decrease the number of rejections issued by customers.

1. I was in charge of acquiring missing documentation and correcting paperwork problems from suppliers that were found during the inbound inspection process. I completed tasks as required or requested, such as meeting with suppliers as a quality representative at the B/E supplier conference, organized documents for internal and external documents, and created training for the Quality Analyst position.
