Over the past 12 months, my projects have been a testament to the variety of tools I bring in leadership development, change management, and facilitation:🛠 Conducting leadership assessments and making recommendations for the leadership development plans of +23 C-2/3 APAC leaders, as part of an MNC's regional succession planning, combined with executive coaching, and the outcomes inspired a more focused, cohesive, and prepared leadership team that was ready to tackle future challenges. 🛠 Advisory and coaching for a 7 pax team of Series A co-founders, facing challenges in managing conflict, cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning, being the glue that kept the team aligned and motivated during redundancy and re-org. 🛠 The design and implementation of a leadership development framework for a Series C startup (800 pax) to identify gaps in skills, performance and motivation for top performers, ultimately leading to an assessment and dialogue for changes in culture and values.🗝 I specialize in leadership development, including succession planning, competency assessments and executive coaching, tailored to foster decisive and effective leadership within organizations. I offer advisory and expertise in managing startup dynamics and conflict resolution, essential for nurturing productive and harmonious team environments. I am experienced in talent development and organizational change management, with a focus on succession planning, HR process alignment, and strategic organizational design.

I conduct competency assessments for C-suite and director-level executives at FTSE250 firms. I offer insights and work alongside senior leaders and HR directors in crafting capability frameworks, strategizing succession planning, and accurately identifying the path to the C-suite.

I designed and facilitated over 30 workshops tailored for novice Chinese managers, mostly female young leaders, covering essential skills such as project management, public speaking, and navigating career transitions. Alongside professional development, I also founded a community which offered a safe space for open, heartfelt connections to enhance boundary setting, self-esteem and confidence. Our conversations spanned critical issues, including sexual harassment, eating disorders, anxiety, and generational trauma, contributing to a profound and lasting positive change.

I led a creative, highly-spirited editorial team at China's only independent media platform in English, successfully attracting over 1 million monthly active viewers across various platforms. In collaboration with the board of directors and investors, I played a pivotal role in identifying and securing acquisition targets internationally, contributing to the company's expansion strategy. I delivered +50 keynote speeches across Asia, covering topics such as China's globalization efforts, contemporary art and fashion, and insights into millennial consumer behaviour.

I built and developed experiential learning programs for university students with strong interests in entrepreneurship, start-up culture, and cross-border e-commerce activities in China. I established long-term partnerships with NYU Shanghai and Duke University Kunshan and coached +300 graduate students in creativity, communication and problem-solving. I also designed and led workshops on business modelling, entrepreneurship and Chinese political economy, for undergraduate level to MBA/EMBA, at Shanghai University, Washington University at St.Louis and Hult International Business School.

I successfully designed, market-tested, and launched a comprehensive degree program, complete with versatile business models and ecosystem features such as membership, certification, career services, startup competitions, and instructor development initiatives. I spearheaded the integration of this program and our team into Alibaba’s strategic global initiative aimed at invigorating startup ecosystems throughout Southeast Asia. I directed client success and business development efforts across Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and China, leading to the implementation of the program and its distinctive ecosystem features in over 16 partner universities. This role capitalized on my expertise in orchestrating complex partnerships with a diverse array of stakeholders, including ministries, universities, and corporations of varying sizes.
