• Managed multiple construction projects up to the value of £135m within public sector organisations• Critical communication and liaison between Client and the Contractor.• Identifying and managing key stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the scheme, and as required facilitating complex negotiations between key groups.• Demonstrating the skills and ability to lead Projects from the initial concept right through to construction and a successful handover.• Commercial management of the cost plan including agreement of Variations; monthly valuations; instructions and scheme changes.• Design management to ensure that the final design meets the scheme requirements and objectives whilst maintaining the cost and quality parameters identified by the Client.• Resource allocation to provide a commercially viable led scheme.• Experience of both NEC 3, JCT and P21+ Contract management.
