An experienced hospitality recruiter with over 30 years experience in senior search assignments. A Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality and a mentor for Oxford Brookes undergraduates.Liz graduated from Westminster Hotel School in 1985 and worked for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts until 1988. She spent the next 24 years with a leading international hospitality search firm. During this time Liz travelled extensively recruiting for some of the world’s finest independent and corporate hotels. She has developed friendships with hotel owners and senior executives at the same time as managing their careers and now acts as a sounding board to many of them when it comes to their own talent selection and management development.In 2013 Liz set up her own business, Liz Hartstone Executive Search and as well as running her own label she accepted the challenge to set up a hotel division for Eureka, reuniting her with Guillaume whom she worked with 20 years ago.In November 2018, Liz was delighted to announce the launch of HARTSTONE ROCHETTE Executive Search, a new company formed by the merger of Eureka Executive Search and Liz Hartstone Executive Search.
