Current● Collaborate with internal teams on development of DEI program strategies.● Increased social impact engagement in Charlotte by identifying meaningful partnerships within the community that align to our values and create brand awareness locally.● Execute DEI initiatives through program management and defined project plans; manageimplementation activities, and develop processes, documentation and communications for program rollout.● Developed and implemented an Employee Resource Group Leadership Program and workedin partnership with a leadership team of 15+ people on programs and opportunities for employee engagement for 17 employee resource groups.● Developed and implemented Unconscious Bias training for the Manager DevelopmentProgram, to raise awareness of how bias shows up at work, and steps to navigate bias as a leader.● Developed and implemented annual internal Black and Brown Summit, a program targeted to our historically excluded populations with workshops, keynotes, and leadership panels,for professional and personal development.● Drive and monitor employee engagement within diversity programming, manage tracking and data for reporting.● Manage the operational process of external vendors and consultants.● Forecasting and tracking of DEI budget and developing the DEI annual operating plan.● Sourcing and identifying speakers for our speaker series or lunch and learns, as well asmanaging event planning, content, logistics, coordination, and day of event operations.● Managing the program calendar for all DEI events, internal communications, and external social content.● Facilitating conversations on DEI topics, creating a safe space for employees to come and discuss topics that can be uncomfortable.● Being a consultative partner with key stakeholders within HR, talent acquisition, marketing, social, and other business partners around diversity, equity, and inclusion topics.
