In this role, my primary responsibility was leading the creation of the monthly catalogs for Title Nine. I worked closely with the Creative Director, Photo Stylist and Merchandiser to concept and produce compelling catalogs based on existing inventory, sales goals, market trends and seasonality.Additionally, I assisted with a variety of other projects including refreshing the gift card assortment, developing staff T-Shirts, and quarterly store signage updates.Initially specced as a 3 month contract to provide additional team resources during an especially busy period, this role was extended by 2 months as emergent requests from internal partners expanded the original scope of work.

As a Senior Visual Designer for the Creative Management team, I took on a variety of projects that required beautiful and eye-catching marketing assets on a budget—everything from brand launches to loyalty program updates to in-store promotions and events.I also developed new brand templates—merging visually exciting design with automation to allow our marketing partners to quickly self-service new assets for evergreen campaigns, reducing the workload of the entire Creative Team.Additional responsibilities included leading our external agencies and in-house production teams to develop and deliver large packages of supporting assets based on the campaigns our in-house creative team developed.

As the Senior Designer for the Brand team, I partnered closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership team. It was my responsibility to develop and maintain the brand standards, rolling them out to the Creative Team's marketing designers as the company expanded.Varying projects included a total rebrand coinciding with Minted's 10th anniversary, signage, assets for wholesale partners, packaging, executive presentations, pitch decks, and development of trade show event spaces.Additionally, in this role I was responsible each year for leading the team developing the annual holiday catalog—a junior designer and two photo retouchers—as well as providing additional art direction for any images that were needed for the catalog that hadn't been captured as part of the larger holiday campaign work.

In this fast paced role I hired and led a junior designer in handling the graphic design requests for the PR team at Minted. From creating lookbooks for pitching, to developing packaging for our influencer gifts, to concepting and executing trade show booths for conferences our company attends I worked on a large variety of projects spanning a wide range of skillsets.

As a Team Lead it was my responsibility to provide comprehensive support for the Production Design team members through training, most critically for Illustrator, as well as developing standards for new products, building out reference materials and troubleshooting current projects. Additionally, I specialized in our in-house version of ImageMagick - assisting in the development of our product photography and scripting all updates to the tool to allow the team to quickly generate product photography across thousands of products.In this role I continued my previous Production responsibilities launching products onto the Minted website. Each product required a design template and various web assets, all precisely created to ensure the highest possible quality and an excellent interactive experience for Minted's customers.When requested I assisted the Merchandising Design team in preparing the designs the Production team uses to create the product templates for the site.

As a Production Design Associate I worked to launch hundreds of products onto the Minted.com website. Each product required a design template made in either Illustrator or InDesign, product photography and various web assets, all of which I created. In this role I worked collaboratively with Merchandising Design, Quality Control and the Engineering team to identify, trouble-shoot, and resolve a wide variety of issues to ensure all products launched to the site on-time and error free.

As a Lead Design Associate I specialized in Print Quality. In this position I trained and led a group of our top performing Design Associates in combining excellent customer service with an in-depth knowledge of graphic design, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to correct high-priority orders in any way necessary to ensure the order received by the customer met Minted's highest possible standards.

In this role I taught classes and workshops on machine operation, screen printing, book binding and the Adobe Creative Suite at the San Francisco location. Additionally I developed and led a variety of corporate and group events, creating both standard packages that could be taught across our locations and one-of-a-kind events developed for specific clients. Notable clients for these events included Autodesk, and P&G.

As an assistant bookbinder, I worked with the bindery staff in the production of Don Quioxte and I Love My Love.
