After 1 year as a receptionist, I completed a Notary course and received my Notary Public in 2009 (expired in 2018). Volunteered to manage the certified payroll on a construction project, saving money for the client. Promoted to full-time marketing role after 6 years as the receptionist/marketing assistant.
