About Lizi White

In training Psychotherapist working with adults aged 18+ years, across two different therapy centres in the Midlands. Increasingly skilled in working with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, loss, bereavement, low self-esteem, self-harm and addiction. Whilst my first career saw me working in commercial roles in the FMCG sector, having completed a MSc in Psychology from Nottingham Trent University in 2020 I chose to continue studying. I am currently working towards the completion of a second MSc, this time in Integrative Psychotherapy from Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute. My training is founded on relational and developmental understanding. Additionally, I am a proud member of the Sunrise Wellbeing Partnership CIC, having joined the team, initially as a volunteer. My role as the practice manager, sees me be the first point of contact for all referrals as well as carrying out all the clinical assessments.
