Once a full time contractor was appointed I moved onto designing a new online induction programme.Insights Discovery Coaching and Team Workshops for various clientsAs a Licensed Insights Discovery Practitioner I have provided one to one coaching as well as the rollout of the tool to many teams.

Designed "The Training Academy" programme and solely delivered a suite of personal development workshops for the Group and Support Function. Includes workshops such as Coaching Skills, Influencing Skills, Presentation Skills and Effective Communication Skills.

Contrast Training were an independent training consultancy specialising in tailoring IT training solutions. My role as Training and Operations Director encompassed designing bespoke training solutions that increased the efficiency of their staff and improved productivity. It was a varied role where I was also responsible for recruiting and managing the training team as well as a strong emphasis on the day to day running of the business.

I was then responsible for internal communications to the National Sales teams to update them on changes in curriculum and procedures as well as liasing with Training Managers to ensure trainers were available and suitably prepared to deliver new curriculum
