By 2020, Liz had expanded that business, Puff & Fluff Grooming and Pet Sitting to six locations and had created impactful operational systems that allowed the shops to run on autopilot. With a proven track record for starting and scaling businesses, Liz would constantly be asked by other business owners, “how did you do it?” And in 2019, Illg began Liz Illg Consulting.
