I grew up surrounded by fields of corn. Living in a small farming community of 1200 people, where everyone knew everyone, taught me the importance of relationships, teamwork, and empathy. We had to rely on one another and treat others respectfully.Today, as a Sr Product Consulting Director, I no longer live in a small town in Illinois, but what I learned enables me to enthusiastically bring people together to create products that solve challenging and impactful problems. Respect and values along with a clear product vision, create a team that achieves more together. I love the intersection of people and technology.
