The Associate Recruiter will be responsible for some or all of the following under direction of the Recruiting Manager or Senior Recruiter:Collects and processes requisitions to fill new or vacant positions. Conducts strategy meetings with hiring managers to identify expectations, clarify processes and provide regular updates. Creates a communication plan that promotes a partnership for acquiring the necessary talent.Posts jobs through internal and external media, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates. Maintains current knowledge of emerging technology to stay abreast of innovative sourcing trends and best recruitment practices.Identifies internal and external candidates for vacant positions, including assessing job postings and employee referrals, screening resumes and conducting interviews by phone, in person or via electronic media (e.g., WebEx, Go to Meeting, etc.)Collects, processes, and maintains applicant data including, but not limited to, interviewer recommendations and assessment results. Conducts strategic recruitment activities including attending job fairs, conferences, on-campus and other special events. Maintains memberships in / rapport with professional associations. Maintains updated candidate status / disposition in applicant tracking system to ensure compliance with company policies as well as federal and state employment laws.Advise managers on the extension of job offers and facilitate/participate in selection decision-making meetings.Advises hiring managers and facilitates/participates in selection decision-making meetings.Develops and recommends job offer details to hiring managers, including experience ratings and research on internal equity.Delivers and negotiates job offers or rejections to candidates.

West And North Florida Division (Hr Organization Coe)

Provide entry level recruitment to ensure effective delivery of HR Services.Assign new requisitions in e-recruiting system to appropriate recruiters.Work with the Director on identification of sourcing and outreach strategies to maximize the applicant pool and meet organizational workforce needs. Work with the Director on the development of an effective pipeline of qualified candidates to meet immediate and future needs of the organization.Participate with members of the Recruitment COE on the development of effective recruitment advertising strategies to attract required talent; Manage internal and external posting processes in accordance with established policies. Plans and attends job fairs. Assist in the development of effective selection criteria to promote successful job fit and increased retention. Review applicants' credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements and organizational fit; present qualified candidates to hiring managers; work with hiring managers to schedule interviews. Ensure timely and effective communication and follow through with all candidates and hiring managers from point of application to employment. Communicate in a timely and effective manner with hiring managers regarding status of recruitment efforts. Provide routine reporting and communication to hiring managers.

Initiate the background screening correspondence with new hires, utilizing Taleo. Distributed New Hire paperwork to candidates. Submit candidate information to Background Verification vendor. Coordinated and tracked HR and health appointments for new hires. Verified and tracked New hire licenses. Distributed Background Report to the Hospital for record keeping.

Conducted new hire orientations. Assigned employee Id numbers and entered position information such as dept #, pay rate, security levels tax information (deductions) and other general position information into Lawson. Assisted Human Resource department and Payroll department with new hire paperwork and data entry in to Lawson.Managed Drivers License and Social Security numbers for HR to complete I-9 forms. Tracked employee referrals to ensure timely payouts.Tracked new hire attendance for weeks training head count meeting. Assisted with interviewing potential new hires. Special projects completed weekly for upper management, tracking exit interviews, and 21 day quality evaluation Survey.Tracked commissions for ad response team members as well as the recruiter's weekly ad source hires.

Tracked amount of new hires scheduled for upcoming training classes and orientation. Obtained re-hire eligibility via Lawson software and sent to committee for review. Covered for front receptionists lunches and breaks. Ran criminal background checks.

Supervision of 6 employeesTrained New RSS employees. Responsible for employee attendance, commissions and productivity tracking.
