I have been a certified trainer with Baker Communications since 2020, and I design and deliver customized curricula on topics such as strategic planning, fundraising, stewardship, change management, and event management.Prior to launching my own consulting firm, I served as the Chief Development Officer at Alzheimer's Association® for over a year, where I led the development strategy and operations for the largest voluntary health organization dedicated to Alzheimer's care, support, and research. I also co-led the development department at National MS Society for three and a half years, where I oversaw a team of 100+ professionals and secured $68M annually through corporate revenue, individual giving, and leadership events. Additionally, I played a key role in the $1B Breakthrough MS Campaign, the largest fundraising initiative in the history of the MS movement.Throughout my career, I have been driven by a passion for helping individuals and organizations succeed.
