Experienced in every stage of the private equity life cycle, from fund formation through to exits. Transaction sizes range from US$15 million to over US$8 billion.Developed a sophisticated international pro bono practice advising non-profits, foundations, governments and educational institutions on a wide range of matters including formation, structure, contracts, investments and investment strategy and intellectual property. Routinely managed large international, interdisciplinary teams.
