Throughout my experience at MMGY, I was a data analyst and data visualization specialist. Using various tools, including Tableau, Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, I created and customized visually impactful analytics dashboards to streamline data synthesis and reporting process to provide analysis and reporting and communicate meaningful data insights. I, along with my team, transformed existing cross-tabular reporting to visually impactful Tableau dashboards with robust analytical capabilities with the end user in mind and to better align with client program objectives and various audiences. I also analyzed internal and external customer data and performance metrics using Tableau, web analytics tools, statistical analysis tools, and campaign management software tools. I analyzed A/B and multi-variate digital media tests and provided recommendations to maximize performance.

I worked alongside both the marketing and transformations team to provide support to new partner offices throughout the onboarding process. After auditing digital consumer-facing platforms, I re-imagined the content and increased engagement through gated content, landing pages, and drip email campaigns. Over the summer I developed a comprehensive strategic marketing plan designed to engage a new target market with Carson Wealth Management Group. I supported the marketing team and partner offices with monthly analytics and reporting.

I co-directed the university’s largest annual recruiting event and led a shift in strategy designed to maximize the student experience and increase yield. I recommended optimization of the evaluation process used to award scholarships and programs and reimagined the process. Responsible for developing and implementing marketing, recruiting, and communication strategies. I created content for materials including digital communications, marketing collateral, and presentations. Awarded Pinnacle Award (Communications - Bronze) from the American Marketing Association - Omaha for the Heider College of Business Travel Piece. I concepted, planned, and executed new recruiting events to creatively showcase the relationship between the Heider College of Business with Fortune 500 companies and corporate headquarters including TD Ameritrade, Union Pacific, and Tenaska Marketing Ventures.

I conducted competitive analysis of the industry and shared my findings and key insights with the creative team. I developed market research surveys and performed quarterly analytics reporting for the marketing team. I audited digital content and collaborated with the copywriter and design team to introduce innovative features and fresh content. I worked with the marketing strategist to develop a strategic marketing plan, collateral, and content to create a consistent narrative across all consumer touchpoints and increased social media engagement.

Rotational program in client service, equity trading, and brokerage clearing operations at the largest online brokerage firm. I worked with a team of interns to pioneer a new training program designed to maximize the associate experience during onboarding. We presented our proposal and final project to senior executives, recommending new management practices to enhance the client experience. I worked directly with clients and efficiently provided support in a fast-paced environment.
