In 2023 I made the decision to devote myself to what I am most passionate about - Italian food. Back in 2009 I started SimpleItalianCooking.com as a fun hobby. I mostly let it sit for many years, determined to someday take it to the next level. This year the timing was right and I missed working for myself, so I chose to pursue this passion and turn this side gig into a full online business. There isn't a day I regret that choice.My background in the professional field of Marketing has played a large role in the site's growing success. Everything from content management and strategy, email marketing, SEO, and project management are all skills I continue to use every day. I also love other aspects of my business such as recipe development (not good for losing weight - just sayin'), food photography, networking, and working with brands for sponsorship opportunities.I (literally) eat, live, and breath my job.However, through my nuTech Web Services business, I'm still open to freelance SEO work on the side.
