• Partner with senior business team to develop annual corporate overhead budget and update weekly overhead forecast• Prepare detailed overhead variance analysis for executive review• Collaborate with HR to forecast overhead labor. Report monthly overhead headcount variance to budget• Allocate marketing budget to 400+ clubs, updated weekly forecast and report monthly budget variances• Build club level fixed costs budget. Update weekly forecast and report monthly variances in fixed costs at club level• Work with Real Estate and IT to compile monthly Capital Expenditure report• Develop budget, forecast and report monthly variance for club labor at position level. Expense detail included wage, bonus, commission, overtime and fringe.• Develop budget, forecast and report month-end variance for all other club variable expenses including utilities, R&M, professional fees and supplies.

• Assist with budget planning and ad hoc analysis• Forecast monthly net sales, gross profit and volume• Manage and conducted ABC study to gain cost to serve data by channel and chain• Monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting of variance to budget and prior year• Assist with discount and allowances accruals
