I lead CarGurus’ new car delivery offering. My domain includes carrier integrations, logistics orchestration and fulfillment planning, logistics operator experience, network planning, and leveraging carrier-agnostic data to inform a reliable consumer experience. In order to deliver a seamless CX and accurate reporting, I pioneered the company’s first order management software as well as establishing a tiger team to stand-up event-based data analytics and dashboard, a first for the company.Previously, at Wayfair, I built SME in post-purchase technology with a focus on shipment and tracking and paved a track record as an excellent product evangelist unafraid to challenge the status quo. Experience with NLP and event-driven architecture. Ask me about bringing a virtual assistant from 0 to MVP or about leveraging a third-party tool at two historically "build only" orgs. After a decade in marketing communications and public relations, I pursued a full-time MBA at Northeastern, where I received a scholarship covering >80% of my tuition. Northeastern introduced me to the world of product management, and my life hasn't been the same since. Interests include: travel, personal fitness from barre to functional strength training, music (classically trained violinist and violist, you can find anything from Debussy to Daft Punk on my playlists), reading mysteries and true crime (shout out to Les Roberts' Milan Jacovich series, which is set in my hometown of Cleveland, Ohio), and taking courses at General Assembly (I've completed courses in SQL, Journey Mapping, HTML/CSS, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Tableau/Data Visualization). I live in Boston proper with my husband and two cats.
