Thanks!I have gained a considerable amount of experience and knowledge from my volunteer work especially working with a diverse and marginalized population. Volunteering at Bereaved Families of Ontario and on the job experience through my practicum, have taught me a great deal about non-profit organizations and the community that they serve. Comfortable with Microsoft Office. I enjoy researching and investigating for work, projects or for my own use. I'm comfortable presenting workshops and have created and delivered my own, as well as experience in interview preparation, labor market information and job search techniques with many clients. in addition to creating my own workshops I've also written three learning agendas on, self-esteem, change/transition and critical thinking. My next learning agenda will be on the subject of grief and loss. I'm currently working on my own listing of community resources which keeps me up to date on services offered in the city. I'm compassionate, professional, mature, open minded, and I believe that these qualities will be an asset to any organization that I work with.
