Hydrogeologist and groundwater numerical modeller, based in Golder’s Brisbane office from January 2011, and Lakewood office from November 2015. Involved on all stages of office based analyses including gap analyses, conceptualisation, analytical estimations, data collation and manipulation, model construction and calibration, results analysis, conclusions, and recommendations. Project experiences range over several types of sites, extents, complexities, and project implications. Uses a number of different methods and techniques to assess saturated and unsaturated groundwater flow and transport including the use of conceptual models, analytical models, and both finite element and finite difference models, and use of calibration codes. Uses programming background to perform file and data manipulation, and to extract, reorganize, and calculate statistics on large amounts of data, as well as develop modelling code. Field skills involve drilling bores for and installing standpipe and vibrating wire piezometers, and rising head field testing, including analysis of field results. Geophysical field skills include ERI and downhole televiewer imaging.Majority of projects within the mining, oil and gas, and land development sectors, including seepage analyses for TSF, various water storage ponds, and land development structures and activities; impacts and dewatering estimates for large infrastructure projects; open pit and underground mine dewatering; CSG (CBM) related analyses including consolidation settlement; conceptualisation and quantification of seepage pathways for various projects including landfills; groundwater monitoring network design. Undertakes GWIA's and ESIA's.
