Managing the marketing activities of the online division, including development and implementation of the marketing plans for niche and business insurance products. Activities included the co-ordination of online advertising, display advertising, PR, email marketing, affiliate marketing and events, and managing agency relationships.Also in this role I was responsible for budget monitoring and control, producing and analyising monthly marketing reports including ROI data and managing the work schedule of a team of four marketing staff.
