My background is in Financial Services, 14 years working in Retail banking for Lloyds Banking Group supporting key Joint Venture partnerships (The AA, Sainsbury’s Bank, Aviva). Stakeholder and relationship management is one of the areas in which I enjoy working.I am an experienced Learning and Development Consultant, an accredited Executive and Corporate Coach, skilled facilitator and NLP Master Practitioner. I enjoy working with groups, facilitating, speaking, inspiring change. I was delighted to speak at TEDx, as well as being a regular speaker for women’s networks for Lloyds Banking Group, KPMG and Royal Bank of Scotland. Key areas of focus include career development, work life balance and resilience. I specialise in helping professional women to succeed at work and grow their career in a sustainable way, aligned with their strengths and values.Over the years I have coached, mentored and developed many professionals and had the privilege of hearing first-hand the highs and lows of the workplace and the challenges of balancing home life with work. My role is to act as a critical thinking partner to my clients (teams, groups or individuals) and support them, through increased self-awareness and responsibility, to make positive changes.
