I provide art direction and design from concept to production. My background lies in online retail in fashion and the arts, where I built up experience in creative direction for campaign photography and branding. I work with start-up companies, creative agencies and small fashion brands in helping them tell their story through their marketing and online content.

Asked to come on board to direct projects ranging from specific seasonal campaigns to branding briefs, I was responsible for developing tone and making sure the output hit objectives. Some examples of projects I was involved with:London Lions BasketballThe ask of the agency was to redefine British basketball in order to reintroduce the London based sports team locally and internationally. With that I led the research piece and creative direction which informed the branding for the new Lions identity and campaigns.British Fashion Council/London Fashion WeekAcross two years I managed the identity of the British Fashion Council's biannual event. Working closely with the team I provided them with a full digital visual suite – rolled out across a multi-channel programme. Stella McCartneyDirected photography for the iconic Farabella bag during their festive accessories push. I also assisted with varying social mini-campaigns.

I was asked to join the team at IN.NO, a young fashion label, to provide them with the tools for taking their brand further in the early stages of their marketing and brand development.Focussing on the brand's tone of voice I began to formulate a visual language for the e-commerce output as well as creating campaigns to achieve customer reach and following through social media. Specifically, with the small budgets per collection we were able to develop a system to get the most from the visual output, playing two parts to the business - a selling tool for buying and a marketing tool for advertisement. Though a challenge for me, as I hadn't had to concentrate on the B2B side of things before, it meant developing a much more strategic approach to my usual creative direction.In short some of my contributions:- Campaign conceptualisation and production- Social media brand development- Ecomm visual consulting- Mentoring

More recently developed a visual identity for Selfridges which was more identifiable as their company brand for their social media output, working alongside the Social Team and developing the imagery from the ground up.Worked in supporting the rest of the business with one of the 6 major store campaigns; Bright New Things in translating it to their online platforms. Lead the direction for the photography for the campaign and developed it to be used across all digital media on the site. Supported the team with weekly photo shoots and brand pitches as well as updates to online creative.

Having started out as a designer re-designing emails, I ended my time at ASOS having done A LOT of different things. Namely steering seasonal campaign photography and design, having ownership of rewrapping the ASOS delivery bag, designing digital games, and collaborating with other awesome brands and agencies like NIKE, VICE, It's Nice That, Marmalade and Anomaly, and having fun with it.I was lucky to have been part of a creative team that had a contribution in developing and moulding the brand's youthful and diverse aesthetic it is so boldly known for and continues to be.A summary of my responsibilities and contributions:- Conceptualisation, design and direction for marketing, social and editorial briefs- Led sprints with the team to form creative solutions for seasonal campaigns- Management and mentoring of junior designers- Led the design project for ASOS delivery bags- Worked closely with video editors in establishing a YT channel, which then working with other departments became a template across the business- Began and worked closely with other departments to establish the creative approach to social media(Spoiler* It had started out on Tumblr, Instagram didn't exist yet...)
