As a 30+ year industry veteran, I opened my own real estate brokerage in Newport News in 2003. I am so proud of how the company has grown since then! We opened our Williamsburg office in 2005 and added our Property Management division a year later. We spread to Richmond by 2016, and our most recent addition to the LMA family was the Northern Neck office in 2020. We are over 150 agents strong, continuously growing, and eternally grateful! Our leadership team’s internal mantra is #WorkHappy, and our mission is to develop the happiest and most productive agents on the planet!One of my favorite aspects of the LMA family is our passion to give back to the community we serve. Our corporate charity, Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters, is one that is near and dear to my heart. I have had the privilege in the past to serve on the Peninsula Advisory Board and have spearheaded fundraising efforts to raise over $177,000 in donations to the cause. I’ve also had the honor of serving on the local board of directors for the Williamsburg Symphony and am a huge fan of the wonderful programs they bring to our community.
