Launched, delivered, managed and developed HOP befriending and handyperson services throughout South Lanarkshire with up to 10 staff members, 160+ volunteers, 1500+ clients, 160+ befriending matches and 9 befriending groups. My responsibilities have included ensuring service is underpinned by best practice, working with key staff to update policies and procedures, promote marketing strategy, and implemented new services and systems in response to COVID-19. I also overseen supervising and supporting staff, volunteers and clients; development of our volunteer recruitment and training programme and client referral processes.

Managed staff team to support 40 vulnerable adults across North Lanarkshire to live an active, healthy life safely within their home and community. Ensure standards and best practice are met by staff to members and in line with Care Commission regulations.
