• Coordinate and administer all adhoc projects from the office• Update, coordinate and maintain systems relative to project plans,timelines,allocated resources, milestones, achievements and constraints.• Assist with providing support and input into the project implementation plan for that particular project• Perform specific secretarial duties and support to the Provincial Coordinator and Project Management team• Data Capture • Assist din scheduling the required project implementation training interventions relevant to specific projects and ensure they are undertaken accordingly.• Stats Analysis• Office Management
